私も同じ Win10 21H2 ですが、そのような症状は出ていないので、原因は別にあるのかもしれません。

Firefox側の toolkit.winRegisterApplicationRestartを falseに変えても改善しません。
これは一体どう言うことでしょうか、システム復元しか解決できません。
困った問題です。
